Sara Sharif was discovered at her family home after authorities were summoned from Pakistan by Sara Sharif's father, Urfan Sharif, at approximately 2.50 a.m. on August 10.
A post-mortem investigation on Tuesday found Sara had suffered "multiple and extensive" injuries that were presumably sustained over a "sustained and extended" period of time, according to the police.
However, it did not determine the reason of Sara's death, and other tests are being conducted.
An international hunt is underway for her father, Mr Sharif, his companion, Beinash Batool, and Sara's uncle, Faisal Malik, all of whom are wanted for interrogation in connection with the inquiry.
