A Chicago lady has been charged in the ruthless killing of her property manager, who was tracked down dismembered in a cooler.
Sandra Kolalou, (pictured left) 36, is accused of first-degree murder and disguise of a crime in the passing of 69-year-old Frances Walker, (pictured right).
Sandra was presented with an expulsion notice by the property manager before she killed her, specialists said.
Occupants inside the home where Francis leased rooms to individuals told police they heard shouts around 2:30 p.m. Monday, October 10.
They messaged Walker and got an answer yet specialists said the answers were sent by Sandra Kolalou.
Chicago Police Head of Investigators Brendan Deenihan said Wednesday, October 12, "The inhabitants were extremely helpful.
